The official outcome, based on the officially accepted State tabulation, the electoral college, and senate vote, after any disputes are remedied is the only call that matters, that is the normal procedure following every presidential election.

Those who question the outcome of a U.S. election, in other words, can actually double-check the tabulations themselves.
