Article 18 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, states that: “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.”Clearly there is no law that Israel will not violate in order to enforce its Apartheid regime in Palestine.

@Jouantiese When Arab citizens of Israel have the exact same National rights as Jews do , rather than be discriminated simply because they are not Jews, you can then say that Israel is not an Apartheid state, until then much of the civilised world recognises the state of Israel as an Apartheid regime hellbent on eliminating all non-Jews from within its declared borders and from within territories outside these borders it illegally occupies. Unless you can demonstrate that Israel is not an apartheid regime, by granting Its non-Jewish citizens National rights and self-determination currently enjoyed by Jews and the right to exercise the right of self-determination in the OPT only then your arguments are nothing more than hollow rhetoric promoting apartheid discrimination of all subject to Israel's oppression.

@Jouantiese Palestinians know that Israel has only ever been a democracy for its Jewish citizens, and never for its Palestinian citizens. What we are witnessing today in the Jewish protests happening in Israel is an internal Israeli Jewish struggle over who will administer an apartheid regime over the Palestinians, not a genuine fight for democracy.

Jews not being allowed to worship on the Mount in occupied Palestine is a condition of two things 1. the Israel/Jordan Peace treaty and 2. Rabbinical rules that Jews cannot enter and pray on the Mount prior to Moshiah coming, Two of Israel's most senior adjudicators of Jewish law, Rabbi Zalman Nehemiah Goldberg and Rabbi Asher Weiss, published letters ruling that it is forbidden for Jews to go up to the Temple Mount out of fear that Jews could contaminate the Holy of Holy's. Besides in Jewish law the only person permitted on the Mount is the High Priest and that is once a year, so having crowds of Jews praying on the Mount is purely Nationalistic zionist bullshit.Remember The Haram is on occupied territory over which Jordan still exercises territorial jurisdiction over 144 dunums of mosques, buildings, walls, courtyards, attached areas over and beneath the ground and the Waqf properties tied-up to “Al Haram Al Sharif”.Israeli’s actions on the so-called “Temple Mount” violates the Israel/Jordan peace treaty, tIt is the Israeli jewish Rabbinate has imposes a ban on Jews entering the so-called Temple Mount, in fear that jews may contaminate the holiness of the site in occupied Palestine. @Horizon-hy7lo Israel is a signatory to The ICCPR (International Covenant On Civil and Political Rights) which has its roots in the same process that led to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.Israel like any other signatory Israel cannot simply just pick and choose to obey laws it has obligated itself to abide by.Human Rights law came about and was developed as a direct response to the NAZI treatment of Jews in the 1930's-40's.

@Horizon-hy7lo Israel has been openly violating Human rights laws in Palestine for 70+ years, why should the world remain silent about current and on-going Israeli Human Rights violations simply because other states are also violating peoples human rights? If that is how it is done, as you suggest the South African Coloureds would still be languishing under Apartheid and No Jews would have survived the Holocaust in what would be today Nazi Europe. Just because Europes Jews lost hope and went to the slaughter like sheep does not mean Palestinians will do the same, Palestinians believe in the reality and certainty of their Nation State, despite Israel's failed attempts to suppress all forms of Palestinian National identity.
