  1. Probably most banks in the USA. European banks are in as bad a state. Its a matter of who is first to collapse?

  2.  @GeoPoliticsCommentry  Yes 6th in US, but as Credit Suisse isn’t in the EU I wouldn’t count that. So the EU has still to have a bank failure, it won’t be alone. They may all have the same source of problems ie rapidly changing interest rates that destroyed their asset base. They are all hiding losses somehow.

  4. Probably quite a lot. Though like the Russians they don’t meddle in the affairs of other countries so have good relations with most countries. China have maintained a strong diplomatic core and without meddling have many friends around the world. For Saudi Arabia the fact that Iran was also in consideration for BRICS meant that they would have to make peace with Iran to join as well didn’t hurt their interests.
