  3. I don't see how people with disabilities require an additional payout. There are most definitely wealthy and financially capable disabled people. This should be better targeted. This is ridiculous. Using taxpayers money for politics.

  4.  @MOJORAPSCALLION  No, it's not the rare few. Many, many people with disabilities lead a full life with employment. It's not a judgement, it's the reality. They don't need this money any more than I.
