If you wanna know if NATO is an offensive or a defensive alliance, just count how many countries have attacked its members and how many countries have been attacked by it and you will find the definite answer. Just look at its members. It is a gang created and controlled by former western colonialist powers to serve their neo-colonial agendas after their old colonial system collapsed after WWII. The western white race should have figured out and abandoned its barbaric dream of owning the whole world after the two WWs. But no! It must go on and start a new world domination scheme immediately and has kept on pushing it until we're all gonna die in a third WW! And yet, it shamelessly, racistly, and boastfully always calls itself the 'civilized world'.

Even when the Soviet Union was around, it has never been defensive. Being defensive from what? Who's gonna attack western Europe?! It was created to put military pressure on the USSR at the very least. In fact, right after WWII, Winston Churchill had come up with a plan with Nazi Germany to attack the Red Army in the very same year, less than two months to be exact after the Nazis just surrendered!
