No, It's the US' war because it backed the coup in Ukraine in 2014 and has been running the anti Russia show in Ukraine since then, turning it into a pawn to antagonize Russia. Zelensky is just a loyal running dog. Now he becomes a pitiful abandoned running dog. Poor little stupid dog! LOL! I truly feel for him.
