General crime throughout the entire country of America is significantly been down and has been falling since the late 90s. Things you hear from Andrew or isolated incidents you see on TV are obviously not the whole picture. I've been living outside of America for the last decade while making money in America but Andrew is often disingenuous. He criticizes US real estate except US real estate has by far the best financing, best returns, and best tax benefits in the world (on real estate). Obviously someone who renounced has an inherent bias to justify their decision. I am Geo-arbitraging outside of the US but unlike Andrew I don't need to lie about anything to anyone. Andrew knows most viewers won't bother to look it up.

@Oxatwork Andrew said crime in America is up which is a lie. He didn't say crime in Chicago or minneapolis, he said crime in america. This is just one of many examples where Andrew pushes a narrative which benefits his business or his bias but is actually false. Similar to when he kept saying Malaysia has more freedom and liberty than legacy brand countries meanwhile there was a totalitarian military lockdown for a year and a half. People just listen blindly and never verify.

There's a lot I don't like about the US but you don't need to lie to people. Crime rates in America are at multi-decade lows.

My condolences.

@Oxatwork exactly my point. If you look at general crime it has been on a persistent and steady decline in the US since the 1990s.

@Oxatwork watch Andrew's video again. He literally said crime rates are going up in America and that is a statistical lie. Speaking of violent and non-violent crimes crime rates have been steadily declining for the last 30 years. Yes there have been protests and riots lately but that doesn't change the validity of the facts and my statement. Isolated incidents will happen every once in awhile but take a look at the general trend.

@Oxatwork He is trying to push a narrative. That is all. I dislike the US perhaps even more than Andrew but I don't need to lie and mislead in order to spark fear and frustration with Western countries / funnel clients to my business.

@cooldudecs Because we know the voters always have an accurate gauge on what the most important issues are 🤔 Think more.

@williamdahl3318 I'll give you another example. Read my post above. Second example is he is so invested in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia that for an entire year there were totalitarian military lockdowns in Malaysia and he was still shilling it telling you it has more freedom than legacy brand countries. Look I understand you like Malaysia but be honest about the police state outside of your door in KL!!

@kronos77 I had friends in Malaysia telling me that there were police and military outside telling them when they could go to the grocery store and they couldn't even travel to an adjacent Province without approved 'papers'. Andrew still had no problem telling you that KL is more free than a western country. Yea ok! In a western country I never had to wear a mask outside and I can move from state to state. I traveled to Florida several times from Korea and I didn't feel any different there than from 2019.
