Wow. Wonderful video. I have a vague memory of reading something that suggested that cultures that grow rice tend to cluster more, but maybe this also is a result of some past wars? I also wondered about the parking lot for the water plant. Seemed like space for a lot of cars. How many people who work there live in town? Also quite interesting to see how the town government and the people all seem to be on the same page, where I'm from that's not the case.
