Very nice video. I read somewhere that Japan has roughly per capita the number of architects that the US has for lawyers and has roughly per capita the number of lawyers that the US has for architects. Perhaps not quite true. But I'm starting to see why with such small and differently shaped lots Japan has so many architects. I also feel I learned a lot about how the zoning system works in Japan. I really enjoyed this format and I'm looking forward to and hoping for more on this and other topics.
