  1. Whether it is a human scanning your device, or an AI scanning your device, it is unconstitutional and violates both the 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments. If however, big tech is unwilling to sue the Government and get it declared unconstitutional, then it is left up to small tech and the private citizens to sue. Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms. Ratified 12/15/1791. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
