NGOs are cooperating with people smugglers. knowingly or not. i guess smugglers are sending out next 'cargo' when their vessels are in close waters. anybody can track those trough maritime satellite tracking services. and numbers don't lie. compere those migrant counts who manage to cross Mediterranean sea to Italy by rubber dinghy. with those brought in by NGO ships.
