  1. Kyoto was overtourised even when it was only Japanese. Furthermore, Kyoto is also a city that retains the atmosphere of China's Tang Dynasty 1,300 years ago, so tourists from China also join in. I think it will become unmanageable unless we limit the number of visitors in some way.
