  2. ​@MrMontanaNights Simple. They always have some every month or so return to NK, and get recycled with fresh bodies. Keeps the reserve of combat troops in Russia, and all the combat hardened survivors after months or years of combat, however many are left, return home. Either way, there will be survivors in the end or theyll send them home or just reinforce more if numbers are too few.
