  3.  @drjebait5974  Dip just a little? They're selling trap houses for a million because of all the investors hiding their money. Real people don't earn the money to buy these houses. Back in 2008, the market crashed because people bought homes for too much money and when they were underwater on their loans, walked away. This is like ten times worse. Ever seen those Roadrunner episodes or segments where he keeps running until he realizes there's no road underneath him and falls? Oh yeah, that's what's happening here. My brother sells real estate and has a client who along with her husband makes really good money and they are having a seriously hard time finding a house in a city near Chicago. I feel sorry for her because they're about to get screwed. What do you think is going to happen when prices for all these houses drop back down to reality? And they will.
