  2. Gonna strongly disagree with the state law topic, federal law is supposed to be "the supreme law" and rights provided aren't meant to be amended by "stricter state laws" ... There's a huge disconnect there between the way our legal system was constructed and the way it is being implemented. States are reserved the right to make laws about things which are NOT already governed by the country's laws as a whole.
