Eh, if we can’t do that, why not put our bloated defense spending to some good use for once and keep stacking Russians like cardwood ?

@TDH_1962 1) I’d like to point out, the US can’t lose a war, it hasn’t even shown up to fight in the first place 2) your only looking at US production of ammunition. We also have the Czechs, Slovakians and Spanish, who make far more artillery ammunition then we do a year already. They too are about to expand production of artillery rounds this year too. And If money is an issue, the world knows America has that covered. And finally, it’s not like our European or Pacific Allies need all that artillery ammo right now anyways. All of them are in peace time as is, and we made those stockpiles to fight Russia anyways. Why worry about “depletion” of ammunition if the other guy is too worn-out and spent to threaten you in the end?

@TDH_1962 your right, some People never learn that appeasement never works. And let me tell ya, seeing Russians get stacked like cardwood is the best use of my tax money I’ve seen in years👍🇺🇸.
2
@limpfish8206 the best way to free up funds for the well being of Americans, is to get rid of an excuse for that budget to be so bloated. Like demolishing Russias ability to make war later. Unfortunately, that means a lot of Russians got to get killed to do that.
2
Except sandel wearing goat herders, snowy Forest hunters, some Japanese conscripts and Ukrainian farmers of course……
2
@TDH_1962 ok chamberlain, let me know how rewarding dictators turns out 🤡
2
@TDH_1962 no. No more appeasement. The Russians fucked around, and now their about to find out.
2
@TDH_1962 then we should have no limits to our Lend Lease to Ukraine. It’s not like the US needs all those Land systems anymore anyway.
2
@tizumajstor well for one, it’s not their land . It’s someone else’s land, and the locals arnt too keen on cooperating with the Russians bombing and conquering their land. you would think the Russians would have learned that lesson from both their and our experiences in Afghanistan. But apparently Putin didn’t major in history. And Russia really should care about Finland. Not only is it 2 hours away from St. Petersburg, but it’s actually close to joining NATO soon. Closer then Ukraine has EVER been to joining.
2
@tizumajstor that still not a justification for an invasion. Especially if the people their are doing all they can to resist the Russians.
2
Ya, Russia went from 40% of 20% of Ukrainian territory under its control….but yes its Ukraine losing somehow 🤡
2
@TDH_1962 you mean the same tactic we used in Vietnam, and lost with?
2
@TDH_1962 yes it is. I want to point out, the US dropped more munitions on Vietnam, then it did in all of world war 2 combined , killed 2 MILLION Vietnamese, and still lost in the end. Russia will suffer the same defeat, it it stays so stupidly focused on kill counts
2
@TDH_1962 the Ukrainians used that maneuver warfare doctrine to good effect around Kyiv, and at the Kharkiv counter attack. They took on two weeks, what Russia struggled for 2 months to take during the summer. And then there Kherson, where the NATO doctrine of striking logistic lines and “stetting the battlefield” allowed Ukraine to retake the city, even against Russia artillery advantage.
2
@TDH_1962 which is why ammo production across NATO and it’s other Allies (like Australia and South Korea in particular) are increasing there ammunition production this year. The US is opening a new ammunition plant in Texas this year, which will raise US monthly production to 70,000 rounds per month. Same for HIMARS rocket ammunition too. A Projected 850 a month.
2
@TDH_1962 yes i did. Did you think the west wouldn’t adjust there military procurement and production abilities accordingly?
2
Yet somehow the Ukrainians BMPs, m113s, and BTR-4s have….
1
@tizumajstor I can see I read more then you. Or at the very least, not in denial that Russia can lose a war.
1
@nemiw4429 indeed. We fought for 20 years in Afghanistan and didn’t even close to to even suffer the low estimate of Russians causalities. And gee, the ruskies didn’t too well in Afghanistan either last I check. I mean, isn’t Afghanistan just the model of communism these days ???🤡
1
@tizumajstor no I actually read history
1
Maybe, but that’s literally any vehicle’s fate in that kind of environment. Probably why AA-stykers are going the sent too.
1
@TDH_1962 ok chamberlain.

They said that about Javelin too….

The Centauro can’t move infantry now can it?
