  10. Putin was the one who started to demand Rubles for his oil and gas. That makes it Putin's fault. He should have accepted the sanctions with dignity or retreat from Ukraine, he did neither. Not saying that Biden is a capable leader, but for once he's right that it's Putin's fault.
