  3.  @erone4731  I already know about that. I'm always updated on the matter. Martial law allows him to extend it. Besides Ukraine isn't in a position to hold elections as long war lasts. The war takes priority over electing a new president. As such, Zelensky is the defacto leader until new elections.

  4.  @escaped1534  Being chairman of the Rada doesn't make you leader of Ukraine, that's Zelensky's job. Then what you think the constitution to be, is clearly wrong, because even Russia doesn't make any mentions of the chairman when adressing Ukraine's leadership.
