  2.  @vmax4steve524  If everyone stays at home, the entire country suffers. Someone like Justin would just shrug or even move to another country to get his every day needs. You are being too idealistic, which is still preferable to being overly cynical, however, we must be somewhat realistic. Many people would see that as too much of an hassle to do.
