Trump Aces nice going by the media.  make something up to get us all pissed off at orientals/asians.  it never did fit the positive image or the stereotype that i had of asians.  i used to live in the bay area where the asian population is extremely high and to me, asian culture seemed to be about working hard and not complaining or making excuses when something doesn't go there way.  there were people who were racist against asians there and they would be open about it too and the word 'orientals" was ever a part of their vocabulary of racist slurs and even then, asians seemed to not let that sort of thing rattle them but would instead keep trudging ahead and getting good grades in school and keep doing their part in designing newer and better microchips or hard drives or whatever it was that their design team was doing for their company in the silicon valley.  interesting comment.  they media brought all of that on them then.

Storm-Y Bey i knew that asians all of a sudden,many years ago spoke up and said that they wanted to call it a derogatory word but none of them that i recall ever gave an explanation for it even when asked about it.  there comes a point where you have to say fuck you to people like that.  oriental was never meant or used as a derogatory word therefore these "rebel without a cause" asians who wanted to play that bullshit on the world can shove that attitude right up their ass as far as i'm concerned.  nobody meant it as a derogatory word.  it wasn't used as a derogatory word.  i believe in being polite and respectful but i'm still not going to let a bunch of asshole s try to use political correctness to try to push other people around and that is exactly what they look like they are trying to do here.
