  1. +Juan Nunez (Faded Endless) a few years ago both stanford and new york universities did separate studies on this and they said that it's possible that up to 98% of the people killed in drone strikes were civilians and not enemy combatants. the CIA got caught cooking the books on that one. the actual percentage would be anywhere from 27% to 98% range.
