  3. Lachlan Allen there are other ways of disciplining your kids without spanking them and they can and do in fact learn a lesson from the punishment and grow up to be good functioning adults.

Alvin Elmore we they disciplined at all growing up would be the first question that i would want to know.  if the majority of parents in a community don't discipline their kids at all then they will run wild when they are young and become criminals when they are older.  i guess that i can understand the reaction to seeing all of that.

  5. Edward Bernayse666 you could also be talking to the kid the whole time and explaining to him why he is being punished while you have them handcuffed to a pole.

  6. you should see some of the you tube pages.  stefan molyneux covered it and was the most voracious in attacking adrian peterson and the whole idea of corporeal punishment and still his comment thread was filled with almost all people saying that corporeal punishment was a good thing but then again i suppose it shouldn't be too surprising since 90% of the parents in the usa use it to punish their kids.
