Dr. Martin Van Nostrand i think that's why leftist throughout the world put che on such a high pedestal. he wasn't in it for the power and when he had achance to kick back with a high position in the cuban government, he left for another 3rd world country and tried to start a revolution there and just kept doing it until he was killed in a CIA lead hunt for him in bolivia. the government made a legend out of him in leftist circles throughout the world.
