What this chip did to this teen is beyond messed up. He never announced that he was a cop. If someone opens your door & yells "get of the car", you're most likely going to think it's someone trying to car jack for your car. This is ridiculous! He should be arrested for doing this! He didn't give that driver any warning & just did this out of nowhere
