He pepper sprayed him in the eyes so he can’t see, he can barely breathe from the pepper spray fumes, & this guy said that he should be afraid to get out of the car even after instructing him to get out of the car. This cop should be charged for emotional distress & excessive force. The pepper spray was unnecessary when he had no weapon on him. This is so messed up!!! This is aggravating!!
