  2. I agree with the sentiments expressed in your comment. I think that the WAR has to be won by Ukraine before decisions about what further impositions or restrictions can be discussed. RuZZia is making noises about starting WWIII if that is what they have to do to win the WAR. We know that there may be an element of bluff and bluster in such comments. However, it means that a lot of preparations have to be made from a defensive perspective, even if the threatened action never eventuates.   3. Agreed, RuZZia wants Ukraine as a vassal state, as you have described. After this WAR such an outcome would be totally untenable for the people of Ukraine.
