@myt3734 China is not 'hiding' poverty, how can any country hide poverty? Chinese state media even made document about poverty alleviation in poorest rural areas, if you have visited Chinese cities, then you may find 5% poverty in Tier 1 cities like in some old housing demolition districts, also you may find 30% in Tier 4 cities like only city center is more shining, also you would find 90% poverty in most remote rural villeges, but I know what you mean by 'India is not hiding poverty' because even you visit Mumbai then you can find poverty so easily.

@krolrey1909 China ranks low because China is world factory, like China's industrial GDP is 9 times bigger than India, so why India is not world factory but still more polluted than China?

India would become $5 trillion economy by 2024/2025-----Modi said in 2019 I calculated if India's GDP is $3.535 trillion as World Bank estimate for 2022. then India need 12% GDP annual growth to get that goal by 2024. then India need 9% GDP annual growth to get that goal by 2025.
