It's an EPA VIOLATION to not check and REPAIR leaks on AC systems, and there actually is a leak spec, that is allowed, and not allowed ,just recharging is a VIOLATION, EPA rules have become stricter and stricter

@jkmacgyver yes some canned air is a refrigerant, but that too is phasing out. actually mini splits by Mitsubishi are fantastic, super efficient, SEER of 29 heating and cooling, saves me a fortune...all AC heat pumps have been R410a for years and years and years...it is being replaced too

Refrigerant prices have gone wild!!! R410A is like $500 for a 25 lb can !!! used to be under $200 !!! like 2 years ago. R134 is gonna sky rocket as it's phased out...
