Wait and see how divided the country will be if the Brexit vote is overturned.

R Mason the majority of Conservatives wanted to Remain. We have a Remainer as PM who is sabotaging Brexit at every given opportunity.

rotweissrot100 true. That’s no reason why we can’t leave the EU. The losers will have to accept the results.

Valen Cook yes they should be ignored as they weren’t a majority. It works that way in elections.

Howard Petterson I take you and your sister don’t get on? Were you made to feel guilty for voting the wrong way too?

N P she won the popular vote. She didn’t win the most seats. Have a nice day.

@peetsnort true. We have the same issue in the UK. The Labour Party is now the party for ethnic minorities and the middle-class metropolitan elites.

@theabyssalvault4238 Yes and in a democracy when the majority wins the vote, the will of the people is carried out. Your side lost in the and you need to respect the outcome of the vote. In democracies there are winners and losers. As you are unable to accept the result I strongly suggest you pack up and leave if you want to live under the EU.

@NP-io4ol Which is not the system used in a representative democracy. There are more people in the State of California than the State of Idaho. The people of Idaho voted red. Have I nice day and hopefully there will be more red states tomorrow.

jon smith amazing isn't it? The majority of Labour voters hate corporations, yet side with them over remaining in the EU. I really hope a new centrist party is formed, because I want Labour and the Conservatives to be as divided as possible.

N P Yes and if all of California voted for Democrats and all of Idaho voted for republicans. Each state would have a different party in Government.

rotweissrot100 by confirming that democratic votes mean nothing if the establishment doesn’t like the result? It’ll confirm that democracy is dead in this country.
