  1. I’ve struggled a lot with social anxiety over the years too so I completely relate. Except I disagree with the high school thing. I would barely talk to people in high school but now that I’m out I find I have to do more things by myself so it’s gotten my confidence up more than in high school where my parents did everything for me

  4. Opposite for me. When I became an adult it was easier for me to come out of my shell because when you’re an adult you’re forced to do things on your own like go to the store/ call people etc. I mosltly kept to myself in high school
