@wildcharm911 Stating that other places are closing down businesses is "naive"? Alright then.

@storage4539 Funny you specifically chose the timeframe after WW2 and specifically chose the act of making fun of national anthem. There are plenty of things you cant say and do to about the British monarchy that would land you in prison. "Sounds like you don't much about HK/UK"

@ericyuen5946 Beijing maintaining the 50 year promise is under the pretext that HK does there part. But no, instead it was HK that violated the agreement by failing to fulfil their constitution duty to create their own "national security law" under Article 23 of their mini-constitution. So how is Beijing the one that violated that promise when it was clearly HK that broke the balance first?

@btlim4316 On the topic of language, British dont care if you dont speak English? Then why is it mandatory to learn English in all British colonies? You make it sound like HKers will go to jail if they refuse to learn and speak Mandarin. Its not a crime to not learn or know Mandarin.

@Elemy69 No. It was the Chinese people in HK that built HK to make it prosperous. Just look at all the countries the British colonised. How many of them are successful? Of all the 100 or so places, only 2 non-White places stand out. HK and Singapore. Hmmm I wonder whats common between them...Oh wait theyre both run by Chinese

@ettcha To China, yes. To them, if other countries can have a "National Security Law", China can too.

@GameFuMaster Speak for yourself. You dont represent HK. You do realise that there was literally NONE of the protests were about HK independence right?
