jirehrophe Im allowed to shout at people. But does it mean its a common occurrence? Just because its "allowed", doesnt mean its not "rare". Maybe it is rare.

@PChan-yt4uf No where in the title does it suggests that protests are "banned". Only said that its a "rare protest". If its not "rare" then whens the last time it has happened? And how often has it occurred?
