@petemorbius3936 You said in the West, at least they pay. Whats that suppose to mean if youre not insinuating that the West pays and large scale theft doesnt happen like what we see here in this video?

@petemorbius3936 They have a card thats prepaid, but the situation here doesnt look like they scanned their prepaid card/code at the counter. Moreover, if you meant the opposite, then the English you used was not phrased very well. What you said could mean either one.
