  2. Health + education have to be priority 1, 2, 3. India could have weathered covid19 better if there was attention even 10 years ago. Health is the easier challenge. Education is much harder - but India's technological and economic growth and even military might depend on nurturing a qualitatively different kind of graduates, starting with 10+2. Shri Modi needs young, super-organized, knowledgeable, curious and motivated ministers, particularly in these two portfolios. Challenging bec. states are the key players, but the center has to figure out a way to make the country move towards a common goal.
