  3. Perhaps, India can afford a a universal basic nutrition scheme that guarantees nutrition to the poorest of the poor. It should explicitly exclude processed foods to avoid corruption by the processed food industry. It will be an investment in the future-rich of India, and could set a model for the rest of the world.
