A better prism may be people's formative experiences, which colour their worldview. Few rise above them, not even Gandhiji. In Independence time India, Dr. Ambedkar was probably a rare and admirable exception. Certainly not the aristocratic Pandit Nehru or his daughter , who never made the effort to develop the common touch other than in photo-ops (needless to say, IMHO). Smt. Sonia Gandhi's 'hard secularism' probably comes from a certain Abrahamic view of India's religions, formed at a distance. She is now of course an Indian, but she came to India as an adult.

I suggest the temple builders add an educational wing that showcases the archeological findings at the Ram Janmabhoomi site that the Supreme Court cited in its verdict. This can include a well appointed building housing replicas of all the temple sculptures and pillars unearthed from under the Babri structure. Also, audio visual exhibits of archeological expert testimony and other videos, tasteful and accurate museum labels and relevant selections from historical writings, on changeable electronic displays which can be read in all Indian languages and English. This is so that temple visitors leave cleared of any lingering doubts that some injustice was done, but rather that a great wrong was righted. This could be particularly educational for international visitors.
