  1. Timely action, thank you. To those complaining about the middle class not getting anything: you IDIOTS, this is not about distributing government largess equally to everybody. It is putting the government's limited resources to best use so that NO ONE DIES OF STARVATION during this crisis. It is for the poorest of the poor. Count your blessings and be thankful if you are not in that category.
