  1. (repost with edits) Behavioral differences could possibly explain some of the differences. My non-scientific observation based on YouTube videos is that Asian people adopted wearing masks much earlier than did Europe and America. Worth studying if behavioral differences between UK and Germany explain some of the variation seen. Masks may be at least as effective as some of the more popular drugs out there, in tempering virus severity.

  4. (repost with edits) Very nice. Almost too much data to digest in one episode. Nice to see the graphics. Maybe try including some of the graphs as insets in the corner of the screen (too many spoken numbers) + consider adding spatial mapping.

  5. The fact that the rich and the famous who have the resources to keep themselves isolated are now (seemingly) testing positive more suggests that virus penetration is at high levels. That is also a positive sign (under the circumstances) so long as the death rate stays low.

  6. One would expect the death rate to not change, if people with new infections have similar characteristics.
