  1. Nice story but you missed an opportunity to present the story of PCR in this context and how it revolutionised biology and medicine (not to mention the relevance to COVID-19 testing). The convenience of modern PCR is of course from the use of a high-temp polymerase cloned from an extremophile. May be you can do another episode where you cover that?
