It is like the Kanishka bombing never happened. More recently, how 'bout the 'farmer agitation' which cost 100s of billions of US dollars in economic opportunity costs for Bharat's farmers and the economy? Khalistani pose a real, strategic threat and let us not muddle the issue with Punjab politics. Yet, Gupta ji lectures the silly Indians to not worry. On the other hand, I like the idea of building a Kanishka memorial and inviting Canadian diplomats to the inauguration. I hope the government takes that idea seriously and with solemn respect for the lives lost.

@mikesheth5370 Sikh need help recognizing what is happening and in organizing. Sometimes, it is hard to see what is happening when you are in the middle of it. SGPC is also extremely militant and suppresses dissent.

@baraks7487 Do you grudge the poor farm laborers their pay? (for those wondering, @baraks7487 saracastically commented that the economic opportunity cost I mentioned was for 'Bihari' laborers, hence my followup question. He or she since deleted their comment, probably ashamed at making it.)
