  2. Good call on Education. It is one of the top 5 ministries: Education, Home, Defense, External Affairs, and Finance. Allies get a seat at the table if they get a portfolio, but there will only be one boss all ministers will be reporting to and will have to show results to. Simple matter of organisational efficiency.
