  1. Looks nice! The dense tree cover inside the complex in the concept seems like it could be a security issue. As a non-expert, seems to me it is better to have a clear line of sight.

  2. Somebody has a to do enthusiastic reviews of the Sabarmati river front development and the Kashi Viswananth temple project, weaving in interviews with the principals involved. Those would be a pleasure to watch. Public spaces are important anchors of civic pride and Indian media can do a little more to cultivate such a sensibility in us viewers.

  3. What a wonderful topic! all too uncommon in Indian public conversation. Yet, I also agree with the comments below that Ms. Malhotra's tone and attitude were not suited for interviewing an architect. He probably came there as an artist excited to talk about the new public space he is creating and his artistic vision for it, not to defend doing so (not his job to do so either). Regretfully, a missed opportunity because of the rarity of such conversations.
