  2.  @GonzoTehGreat  He is a diplomat and spoke like one. Your reasons for India's abstention are assumptions, however sure you may be of them. If Ms. Malhotra had brought the sensibility of her yesterday's essay to the conversation, it would have been a more fruitful conversation, instead of a single-point agenda about, "but the American press is saying..".
