BOTH major Parties have sentenced Australian house buyers to ever increasing prices by BOTH importing huge numbers of immigrants ( increases demand) and permitting NON-Australian citizens from buying Australian domestic housing stock ( increasing demand AGAIN). Until, BOTH these idiotic actions are resolved, ALL Australians will be penalized by ever increasing costs to both buy and build.
