Don't forget they EXEMPTED THEMSELVES from their own legislation.

@waynebow-gu7wr , That's correct they had a "Senate Inquiry". Remember both the Government and Labor supported it in the House of Representatives, and will likely team up to push it through the Senate. Worth noting that the Politicians EXEMPTED THEMSELVES from their own legislation. What arrogant grubs they are. Remember these are the very same individuals who enabled legislation in 2018 to pass that effectively make private bank deposits "unsecured loan" instead a deposit which means under certain circumstances they can TAKE YOUR "unsecured loan" and use it for their own survival with the likelihood you will never see it again as it was a "loan", so you take the risk.

Malcolm Roberts has introduced into Parliament legislation that prevents the bail in laws for effecting Australians. There is a submission that can be signed in support. Check out the C.E.C. YouTube channel.

Malcolm Roberts is putting legislation before Parliament to reverse the consequences of the "bail in " legislation. Check the C.E.C. YouTube channel and sign the petition in support of his proposal.

In the "bail in" laws APRA can issue permission for the Banks to use private funds as under the legislation a "Depositor" become an "Unsecured Creditor" in other words you have lent your funds to the organisation, with no security, and if the worst happens you lose all your money and cannot claim it back. You are the Banks "Guarantor", without your permission, and you have no choice thanks to the actions of our crooked politicians, both Liberal and Labor. One Nation and the Greens voted against it to no avail.

@waynebow-gu7wr , I think you'll find it wasn't "passed" on the 28th February, the Senate Report was made public that recommends the Senate SHOULD pass the legislation when it comes before it.

We have weak P.C. politicians, not a courageous leader that has the "testicular fortitude" to representative the best interests of Australians. They of course EXEMPTED themselves from the "cash ban" laws.
