  4.  @josephinelemian  it really depends on what state you are in. Massachusetts, no problem, but then again you dont need an ID to vote here but this is the problem here, many cannot afford to get to a place where they can get an ID. Many are rural and don't have cars. And in some places they made it intentionally hard to get an ID, especially if you're a minority. In Alabama it got so bad that the Supreme Court had to mandate they open places where you can get an ID in Minority areas
