Go to love Americans. UK (or anyone else's) ranks "too hard" so you have to wear both "3 stars" and normal LTGEN rank slides.

@SCscoutguy Well not here. US people posted to Aust just wear their rank badges. On my trips to the sand pit and elsewhere, though we had to wear both. At least I didn't have to salute like an American. ;)

@SCscoutguy Well I've worked with several "exchange officers" and they all just wore US rank (Army, USN, USAF or USMC). They held positions on the establishment, but I guess not command positions.
