There's 24 hours in a day if you used 12 hours on social medias it means half of a day waste to the world and how many times you use to praise and worship and pray to the Lord and God just to say thanks, and how many hours to spend the time for your family, and how many hours of your time to sleep and eat, and etc. It must be so tired and then automatically you're so annoying and tired until sick at least stressed, if you're so stress it's easy to be weak and threat and finally, suicide. So don't spend and waste many time to the social medias just a few hours. Enjoy your life with say thanks God for every thing and love
