If even a little bit of real pressure is placed on these individuals they cave. It's all bluster and posturing from the Trump's, Hillary's and Pompeo's of this world. When real pressure to comply to the rule of law, or for them justify their non compliance with the processes of the law is challenged by the authorised institutions or individuals that represent those institutions, they cave and all the bombastic shenanigans go the way of the dodo and disappear. So, if the government and the people working for that government actually did what they were mandated to do by the people, these types of bombastic populist politicans wouldn't have a shadow of a chance to get as far as they currently do irl. The system is broken, t'was never a good system to begin with. Hence Bernie Sanders is right, and it should be replaced to stop these types of people from perverting Democratic processes in the future.
