  1. The man is a clown,....a corrupt one at that, don't build him up to be some kind of mythical hero of Russia, he isn't. He's got a small following in Moskou and St Petersburg that's it, the people you see on the street are from his party, not supporters that suddenly joined up, it's the same group of people everytime at every location,...that together with some cool camera close ups makes it look much larger then it actually is. They get amplified in Western media only because he's not Putin and they don't support Putin,...really that's it, he's got no serious following in any other part in Russia besides Moskou and St Petersburg. There are serious contenders that actually do have a serious and large following in Russia but they aren't what the West or its media want either,....one a super Nationalistic/proto Fascist party and the other a Communist party. Yeah sure, there one other but she's a TV personality and a bit out there,...has 0 political thoughts of her own and only interested in pure narcissistic self promotion of her person a clown just like the other guy only more people like her stuff but not the idea of her in politics or ruling Russia. I'm afraid it's going to be 6 more years of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

  3. ctguy591 He's going to win and we've got to coincide that it's actually done Democratically. In Russia they've always liked strong assertive leader's throughout its entire history. From Ivan the terrible, Peter the great, Katharina the great, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin all the way to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. As soon as a Russian leader shows any kind of weakness he/she is done for, just look at the last Tsar, he wanted to reform Russia and give citizens rights, that was seen as a weakness, he and family got murdered by the Bolshie's for it. But be calculatingly ruthless as a leader and they'll love you for it in mother Russia, it will get you into the Kremlin and into absolut power. Look at his contenders,...one is nostalgic for the CCCP and it's brand of Communism an experiment Russian's have seen fail already. The other is Nationalistic bordering on Fascism a system the Russian's totally beat themselves in WW2 when the tore Germany a new one. Then you've got a narcissistic woman who likes herself too much, a vanity that one's cost an Russian Empress her power the Russian's remember that from their history classes. And last but not least a clown, a man with no support whatsoever, even Rasputin had more swag but got drowned and shot in the end left in a cold frozen Russian river. Get real, non but Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has any chance of winning the Russian vote, he's everything they respect in a leader.
